Purposes of Processing Personal Data: Your personal data may be processed by the data controller or the real/legal persons it appoints in the following situations and conditions:

Instances Not Requiring Explicit Consent: Limited to the purposes within the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5, paragraph 2 and Article 6, paragraph 3 of the KVKK The data subject's personal data may be processed without explicit consent in the following cases:

  • Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary,

  • It is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to give his/her consent due to a de facto impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid, or of another person,

  • It is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligation,

  • It is made public by the data subject himself/herself,

  • Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,

  • Processing of data is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,

  • Processing of special personal data other than health and sexual life is foreseen by law,

  • Special personal data related to health and sexual life may only be processed by persons or authorized institutions and organizations under a confidentiality obligation for the purposes of protecting public health, conducting preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and management of health services and financing. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
It stores personal data in a manner proportionate to the purpose of processing personal data. Personal data is stored until the end of the period required by the relevant legislation, if the purpose and/or reason for processing is no longer valid. When the purpose and reason for processing personal data no longer exists and the statute of limitations required to ensure our legal obligations are completed, personal data will be destroyed. Destruction and anonymization of personal data within the scope of the exception arising from public service will be carried out within the framework of the applicable legal legislation.

Every relevant person has the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

  4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  5. To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  7. To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  8. To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

    The relevant person may notify their requests regarding these rights in writing by sending a notice to the address below via a notary or by applying in person by presenting their identity. The relevant person's requests will be evaluated and decided free of charge as soon as possible and ultimately within thirty (30) days at the latest. If the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be taken as basis.
